- 1tablespoons Macro Organic raw buckwheat
- 1/4 cup traditional rolled oats
- 1tablespoons desiccated coconut
- 1/4 cup Macro dried blueberries
- 1teaspoons honey
- 2 cups Macro Organic natural yoghurt
- 125grams raspberries, halved
- 1 small yellow nectarine, roughly chopped
- 1 small mango, chopped roughly

Description
There’s nothing better than a refreshing popsicle on a hot summer day. This recipe for frozen fruit granola pops is the perfect nutritionally approved summer snack.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Place seeds, buckwheat, oats and coconut in a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook, stirring, for 3 minutes or until lightly toasted. Remove pan from heat and stir in blueberries.
Step 2 of 3
Place honey and yoghurt in a separate bowl, then stir to combine.
Step 3 of 3
Fill ice block moulds with alternate layers of fruit pieces and yoghurt mixture, then press granola into yoghurt. Insert sticks and freeze for 6 hours or overnight until firm.
