  • 425grams tuna chunks in pure olive oil
  • 485grams fusilli pasta
  • 1 large avocado, diced
  • 4 roma tomatoes, diced
  • 2tablespoons baby capers
  • 1 pinch pepper (for seasoning)
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch sea salt ground (to taste)

Method

Step 1 of 3

Cook pasta in a large saucepan of salted boiling water until just tender as per packet instructions. Drain and return to saucepan.

Step 2 of 3

Drain tuna and flake. Add to pasta with avocado, tomato, capers and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine.

Step 3 of 3

Serve.
