- 1tablespoons tomato sauce
- 1tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 small yellow capsicums, deseeded, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 Lebanese cucumber, chopped
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 425grams canned tuna in springwater, drained, flaked
- 1/2 bunch dill, roughly chopped
- 1 bunch spring onions, white part only, thinly sliced

Description
A fresh take on a classic. This speedy tuna pasta salad recipe has it all – a light and creamy yoghurt-based dressing, fresh herbs, tomato and crunchy cucumber.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Cook pasta in a saucepan of boiling, salted water for 8 minutes or until al dente. Drain. Refresh under cold water, then drain.
Step 2 of 3
Meanwhile, combine yoghurt, sauce and oil in a large bowl. Season.
Step 3 of 3
Add pasta, capsicum, tomato, cucumber, red onion, tuna, dill and spring onion to yoghurt mixture and gently toss to combine. Season. Serve sprinkled with extra dill.
