  • 1/2 cup shaved parmesan
  • 240grams Italian style salad kit
  • 425grams tuna in olive oil

Description

This pasta salad in ready in just 4 steps. Simply cook the pasta and bring everything together - dinner is that easy!

Method

Step 1 of 4

Cook pasta in a large pot of salted water according to packet instructions. Drain well and set aside to cool in the fridge for 5 minutes.

Step 2 of 4

Meanwhile, drain oil from tuna, and place in large bowl. Gently flake apart slightly using two forks.

Step 3 of 4

Add salad kit leaves to the tuna, along with enclosed dressing and baby bocconcini. Add parmesan, reserving a small amount for garnish. Add cooled pasta and toss until combined.

Step 4 of 4

Divide pasta salad among serving bowls and top with reserved parmesan and salad kit croutons.
