- 450grams Woolworths shoestring fries
- 1tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 454grams Woolworths 4 Angus Quarter Pound Beef Burgers
- 4 Woolworths extra tasty cheese slices
- 4packets Woolworths soft & glazed milk buns, split, toasted
- 40grams Woolworths baby leaf rocket
- 2/3 cup Woolworths tomato sauce
- 213grams canned Woolworths beetroot slices, drained
Description
Just a few choice ingredients and three simple steps to create, the Absolute Burger tantalises tastebuds with its towering layers with melted cheese and a succulent patty, topped off with beetroot slices and baby leaf rocket.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Grease and line a baking tray with baking paper. Add chips to tray. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked.
Step 2 of 3
Meanwhile, heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add burger patties to pan and cook for 2-3 minutes each side or until browned and cooked. Top with cheese. Cover with lid. Remove from heat. Stand for 2 minutes or until cheese melts slightly.
Step 3 of 3
Top burger bun bases with 1 tbs of tomato sauce, then rocket, beetroot and patty. Top with remaining tomato sauce, with remaining buns. Serve with chips.
