Description
Sweet and spicy beef bulgogi is a speedy and light dinner option.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Add the ginger, soy sauce, half of the sesame oil, garlic, honey, mirin and pear to a food processor and blend until smooth. Place the steak strips in a bowl, pour over the marinade, cover and set aside for 20 minutes.
Step 2 of 3
Heat the remaining oil in a large, non stick pan on high heat and cook the spring onions for 1-2 minutes. Add the beef and marinade and cook for 5 minutes, stirring.
Step 3 of 3
Heat the rice according to pack instructions, divide between 4 bowls, top with the bulgogi and serve with spring onion tops scattered on top.
