- 6 slices fresh root ginger, 1 cm slices
- 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1teaspoons salt
- 300grams Chinese leaves, cut into 3.5 cm pieces
- 3tablespoons Chinese rice wine
- 1tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1tablespoons malt vinegar
- 2teaspoons caster sugar
- 1/2teaspoons sesame oil

Method
Step 1 of 2
Heat the oil in a wok over a high heat until the oil starts to shimmer. Add the ginger, garlic and salt and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Step 2 of 2
Tip in the Chinese leaves and stir for 30 seconds, then add the rice wine, oyster sauce, vinegar, sugar and oil and stir-fry for a further 2 minutes until just tender.
