Method

Step 1 of 2

Whisk together the flour, baking powder and eggs to form a thick smooth batter. Add curry paste into the batter and mix until combined. Then, fold in the corn and the king prawns.

Step 2 of 2

Heat a few tablespoons of oil in a non-stick pan. Fry large spoonfuls of the batter at a time for about 2 minutes each side, or until golden and cooked through.
