  • 1teaspoons soy sauce, reduced salt
  • 1tablespoons rice wine

Description

These light prawn dim sum style dumplings are fresh and full of flavour.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Place the prawns, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts and chives in a food processor and pulse to a fine mix. Tip into a bowl, pour in the sesame oil, soy sauce and rice wine and mix to combine.

Step 2 of 3

Spoon a teaspoon of filling onto each half of dim sum wrapper. Spread out slightly and fold the other half over, pleating the edges with a little bit of water to stick.

Step 3 of 3

Steam the dumplings for 4-5 minutes until the prawn filling is cooked and the wrappers are translucent.
