- 600grams duck breasts, chopped
- 1 medium white onion, peeled and finely diced
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled and mashed
- 1tablespoons chilli flakes
- 1teaspoons turmeric powder
- 2tablespoons curry powder
- 3tablespoons peanut butter
- 3/4 cup coconut milk
- 1teaspoons sesame seeds
- 1tablespoons scallions, chopped
- 1teaspoons peanuts

Description
A deliciously nutty sauce that compliment the soft duck meat.
Method
Step 1 of 6
Heat up a large non-stick pan to a medium heat and then add the peanut oil.
Step 2 of 6
Fry the duck for 10 minutes while turning.
Step 3 of 6
Add the onion and garlic to the pan and continue to fry for a further 4 minutes.
Step 4 of 6
Add the rest of the ingredients to the pan and combine fully.
Step 5 of 6
Bring the dish to the boil while stirring and then bring to a simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 6 of 6
Once the sauce has started to reduce and thicken, remove from the heat and garnish with sesame seeds, scallions and peanuts.
