  • 1tablespoons peanut oil
  • 1/2 red capsicum
  • 400grams pork fillet
  • 1teaspoons five-spice powder
  • 200grams cooked long-grain rice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

Method

Step 1 of 3

Heat the oil in a wok. Drop in the strips of red capsicum and sauté for 1 minute. Add the cubed pork and stir-fry over a high heat for around 2 minutes or until golden. Season and sprinkle with the five-spice or curry powder.

Step 2 of 3

Add the rice to the wok. Reduce the heat and cook for a further 2-3 minutes.

Step 3 of 3

Serve immediately.
