Description
This tasty bok choi with oyster sauce is simple to make but is a fantastic side dish for any Asian feast.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Heat the oil in a large wok on high heat. Add the garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 2 of 3
Add the spring onions and bok choi and stir fry for 4-5 minutes. Pour over the oyster sauce, soy sauce and 4 tablespoons of water. Simmer for 3 minutes, until the bok choi is tender.
Step 3 of 3
Scatter with chilli and sesame seeds and serve.
