  • 1 long red chilli, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup oyster sauce
  • 1tablespoons Woolworths pure honey
  • 1/2 bunch spring onions, thinly sliced
  • 2tablespoons coriander leaves (to serve)

Get your pork fix with this quick and easy pork mince recipe. You'll love this sticky pork served with rice noodles and tasty greens.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Cook noodles in a large saucepan of boiling water according to packet instructions or until just tender, adding broccoli in last 2 minutes of cooking. Drain.

Step 2 of 4

Meanwhile, heat oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat. Add mince and cook, breaking up lumps with a wooden spoon, for 5 minutes or until browned. Add chilli and cook for 30 seconds.

Step 3 of 4

Add sauce and honey. Stir-fry for 3 minutes or until mixture has thickened slightly. Stir in onion.

Step 4 of 4

Divide noodles and broccoli among bowls. Top with mince mixture and scatter over coriander to serve.
