- 2 spring onions
- 1teaspoons sesame seeds
- 1/3 cup yakitori sauce
- 2/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 500grams chicken mince
- 1tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 long red chilli, deseeded, chopped

Method
Step 1 of 3
In a large bowl, combine mince, onion, breadcrumbs, ginger and 1 tbs yakitori sauce. Season and mix well. Using clean, damp hands, roll tablespoons of mixture into balls.
Step 2 of 3
Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook meatballs for 8-10 minutes, turning, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Step 3 of 3
Pile meatballs onto a serving platter and scatter over extra onion and sesame seeds. Combine remaining yakitori and chiili. Serve with meatballs for dipping.
