Method

Step 1 of 2

Preheat oven to 220°C. Place 2 large baking trays in the oven to preheat. Combine flour, yeast, sugar and 1 tsp salt in a large bowl. Whisk 3/4 cup hot water and oil in a jug. Add to flour mixture and stir until combined and a soft dough forms. Transfer to a lightly floured surface. Knead for 5 minutes or until smooth and elastic.

Step 2 of 2

Divide dough into 12 even portions and form into balls. Roll each piece to a 9cm round. Place onto 2 sheets of baking paper. Slide paper with pizzette onto preheated trays and cook for 10 minutes or until light golden. Top with toppings (see tip) and cook for a further 3 minutes. Serve immediately.
