- 1 Lebanese cucumber, shredded
- 2tablespoons kecap manis
- 1tablespoons olive oil
- 8 eggs, whisked
- 250grams rainbow coleslaw
- 3 cup shredded cooked chicken meat

Method
Step 1 of 2
Heat 1 tsp oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Ladle quarter of the egg into pan and swirl to cover base. Cook for 2 minutes or until just set. Transfer to a plate. Repeat to make 3 more omelettes.
Step 2 of 2
Top omelettes with chicken, coleslaw and cucumber. Drizzle with half the kecap manis. Roll up to enclose filling. Cut into pieces and serve with remaining kecap manis.
