- 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced into rounds
- 1/4 cup parmesan, grated
- 1/4 cup smoked cheddar, grated
- 25grams baby rocket leaves
- 500grams beef mince
- 600grams frozen shoestring fries
- 1/3 cup tomato chutney
- 4 brioche rolls, split

Method
Step 1 of 4
Preheat oven to 230°C (210° fan-forced). Heat a large baking tray in the oven, spread with fries in one layer and cook according to packet instructions.
Step 2 of 4
In a large bowl, combine the beef mince and grated cheeses and season with salt and pepper. Mix lightly, shape into four burgers. Brush or spray the burgers lightly with oil.
Step 3 of 4
Preheat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat; the burgers should sizzle when you add them to the pan. Cook for 6 to 7 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking.
Step 4 of 4
Top the base of the rolls with rocket, tomato, beef pattie, chutney and onion. Replace roll top and serve with fries.
