Method
Step 1 of 3
Regular: Heat 2 tbs olive oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add cup popping corn and cover with a tight-fitting lid. Cook, shaking pan occasionally, for 3-5 minutes or until corn is popped. Transfer to a large bowl and season with 1 tsp sea salt flakes.
Step 2 of 3
Choc drizzle: Make popcorn. Lay half the popcorn onto a tray lined with baking paper. Melt 200g dark chocolate in a bowl over simmering water. Add tsp sea salt flakes, if desired. Drizzle over popcorn and leave until set.
Step 3 of 3
Salted caramel: Make popcorn. Lay half the popcorn onto a tray lined with baking paper. Combine 1 cup brown sugar, a pinch of sea salt and 2 tbs water in a small saucepan. Stir over medium-low heat until sugar has dissolved. Bring to the boil. Add tsp vanilla extract. Stir and remove from heat. Cool for 2 minutes. Drizzle over popcorn. Cool.
