Step 1 of 3
Finely crush shortbread. Spoon crumbs into the base of a clean 3/4 cup capacity jar.
Step 2 of 3
Beat light cream cheese with thickened cream until creamy and smooth. Spoon half the cream mixture into the jar over crumbs.
Step 3 of 3
Lay 1 sliced strawberry on top and cover with a little warm strawberry jam. Repeat layers. Secure lid.
