- 1teaspoons Queen Vanilla Bean Paste
- 1/2teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 100grams Nestle Bakers' Choice Dark Choc Melts
- 35grams unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2tablespoons hazelnut meal
- 3 1/2tablespoons Nestle Bakers Choice Cocoa
- 1/2 cup full cream milk

Method
Step 1 of 2
Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan forced. Sift flour, hazelnut meal, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and 2 tbsp of Nestle baking cocoa into a bowl. Add milk, melted Nestle dark choc melts, butter, egg and vanilla and mix well to combine.
Step 2 of 2
Spoon into 6 x 3/4 cup-capacity (190mL) oven-proof dishes and place on a baking tray. Place the extra sugar and remaining cocoa in a bowl and mix to combine. Sprinkle over the puddings and pour over 1 cup (250mL) boiling water. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the tops are firm. Serve with ice cream if desired.
