  • 1/2 cup cooking chocolate chip dark bits
  • 3/4 cup thickened cream
  • double dollop cream to serve
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • raspberry jam to serve
  • 1 bottle Woolworths buttermilk pancake shaker

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Step 2 of 3

Empty dry pancake mix into a large bowl. Add cream and use clean hands to form a dough. Add chocolate chips and raspberries and combine, taking care not to overwork the mixture.

Step 3 of 3

Roll mixture into six balls and sit closely together on prepared tray. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden and cooked through. Serve warm with jam and cream.
