- 150grams dried pitted dates
- 1/4teaspoons mixed spice
- 1 avocado
- 1 banana
- 250grams fresh strawberries, halved (to serve)
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 2tablespoons cacao
- 1 1/2 cup nuts
- 2tablespoons coconut oil, melted

Method
Step 1 of 4
Place dates in a bowl. Add 1 cup hot water and set aside for 10 minutes to soften. Process nuts together in a food processor until finely chopped. Add coconut and spice and pulse to chop.

Grease 8 small tart tins with removable bases with a little melted coconut oil.
Step 3 of 4
Drain dates and add to food processor with nuts and remaining melted coconut oil. Process until finely chopped. Press 2 tbs of mixture into base and side of each tart tin. Chill for 30 minutes.
Step 4 of 4
Meanwhile, process avocado flesh, banana, coconut sugar, cacao and coconut oil together in a food processor until smooth and creamy. Spoon into tart tins and chill for 10 minutes. Top with fresh strawberries to serve.
