  • 1 1/2 cup Greek-style yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup choc hazelnut spread

Description

Get creatively decadent with 5 simple ingredients! We use coconut and strawberries to top this sweet pizza, but you can use whatever you have at home for your own custom creation.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced and line two baking trays with baking paper.

Step 2 of 4

Combine flour and yoghurt in a large bowl with a pinch of salt. Using clean hands, mix ingredients until a shaggy dough forms.

Step 3 of 4

Dust a clean work surface with flour, turn out dough and knead until smooth, then form into a ball. Halve ball of dough, then roll each half out to approximately 20cm rounds.

Step 4 of 4

Place rounds on tray, then bake for 20 minutes or until dough is golden and cooked through. Spread with choc hazelnut spread, then top with strawberries and coconut to serve.
