- 250grams coconut, shredded
- 125grams white chocolate, melted
- 12 vanilla and chocolate waffle cones

Dip tops of cones into chocolate and allow excess to drip off. Spoon coconut over and leave to set. Fill waffle cones with assorted fruit. Note: Use shredded or desiccated coconut for these and it can be left plain, or toast it by cooking in a dry frying pan over medium-low heat for a few minutes until golden.
