- 2tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 sugar banana
- 2tablespoons peanut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1tablespoons maple syrup
- 4 waffles
Method
Step 1 of 2
Preheat grill to high. Cut bananas lengthways in half, keeping skin on. Sprinkle the cut side with brown sugar and spread evenly. Place face up on a foil lined tray and bake under grill until sugar is brown and bubbling. Remove from heat, allow to cool and peel away skin and discard.
Step 2 of 2
Combine peanut butter, maple, cinnamon and water in a bowl. Warm the waffles as per packet instructions. Spread some of the peanut butter mixture onto each waffle and top with brulee bananas and extra maple if desired.
