Description

Satisfy your pork cravings with this easy pork mince recipe. Crispy pork is served over noodles and an aromatic broth for a tasty, no-fuss meal.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Add pork and cook, breaking up lumps with a wooden spoon, for 12 minutes or until browned and crispy, adding half the onion in the last 3 minutes of cooking. Add soy sauce and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes or until pork mixture is well coated.

Meanwhile, place noodles in a large heatproof bowl. Empty condiments sachets over noodles. Pour over 6 cups of boiling water and stand for 4 minutes or until noodles soften.

Step 3 of 4

Divide noodles and broth among bowls.

Step 4 of 4

Top mince mixture and remaining onion. Serve.
