- 2 bunch broccolini (to serve)
- 1 orange, rind finely grated
- 2 green shallots, finely chopped
- 1tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4teaspoons dried chilli flakes
- 1teaspoons ground cumin
- 1/4teaspoons ground ginger
- 1/2teaspoons smokey paprika
- 1tablespoons honey
- 600grams pork rashers
- 1tablespoons oil
- 1 garlic clove, crushed

Method
Step 1 of 5
Combine all ingredients except pork rashers in a jug and whisk until well combined.
Step 2 of 5
Arrange pork rashers in a shallow glass dish and pour over marinade. Turn rashers to coat evenly with marinade and set aside for at least 20 minutes.

Transfer marinade to a small saucepan and bring to the boil. Cook for 3 minutes.
Step 4 of 5
Heat a chargrill pan or BBQ on medium. Cook pork rashers on chargrill for about 8 minutes.
Step 5 of 5
Serve with steamed rice, broccolini and spoon over a little of the heated marinade.
