  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 200grams green beans
  • 1tablespoons honey
  • 1 lemon, rind finely grated
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges (to serve)
  • 16 baby potatoes, roasted
  • 2tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 dry spice rub
  • 8 lamb steaks

Method

Step 1 of 5

Empty spice sachet into a small bowl. Add oil, honey, garlic and lemon rind. Place lamb steaks into a shallow dish and rub all over with spice paste. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Step 2 of 5

Wash and peel potatoes, place them onto the BBQ or on high heat.

Step 3 of 5

Place beans into a saucepan and cool till water starts to boil.

Step 4 of 5

Preheat BBQ grill on high heat for 10 minutes then reduce heat to medium-high. Cook lamb for 4-5 minutes each side or until cooked to your liking. Remove from heat. Cover loosely with foil and rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Step 5 of 5

Serve lamb steaks with roasted baby potatoes, green beans and lemon wedges.
