- 8 small tortillas
- 5milliliter Woolworths extra virgin olive oil cooking spray
- 8 Woolworths smokey cheese slices, halved
- 100grams Woolworths iceberg shredded lettuce
- 1/3 cup Macro Organic burger pickles
- 200grams Sweet Solanato® tomatoes, quartered
- 1/2 small red onion, finely diced
- 1/4 cup Woolworths secret burger sauce

Description
Get creative on taco night and try this different take on a smash burger for an easy, flavour-packed dinner.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Working one at a time, spread half a patty over 1 tortilla, leaving a 1cm border. Lightly spray with oil. Heat a large frying pan over medium heat. Carefully place tortilla in pan, meat-side down.
Step 2 of 3
Cook tortilla for 3 minutes or until charred and patty is cooked through. Working quickly, flip tortilla over in pan. Top patty with slightly overlapped cheese halves. Remove tortilla from pan and keep warm. Repeat with oil, remaining tortillas, remaining patties and remaining cheese.
Step 3 of 3
Scatter each tortilla patty with lettuce, pickles, tomato and onion. Serve tacos with burger sauce.
