Method

Step 1 of 2

Heat half of the oil in a large pan and brown the leg all over, cooking for 8-10 minutes until sealed on all sides and quite dark.

Step 2 of 2

Place the vegetables, rosemary and garlic in the slow cooker. Top with the lamb leg and pour in the stock and wine. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours until tender. Serve with the vegetables.
