  • 1/2 cup natural almonds
  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 1/2 cup unsalted roasted peanuts
  • 2tablespoons malt vinegar
  • 2teaspoons sea salt flakes

Method

Step 1 of 2

Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Line a large baking tray with banking paper.

Step 2 of 2

Place nuts on tray lined and bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through, or until golden. Remove from oven. Drizzle immediately with vinegar and sprinkle with sea salt flakes. Toss to combine. Set aside to cool completely. Store in an airtight jar.
