- 125grams blueberries
- 1/4teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1tablespoons honey (plus extra to serve)
- 250grams ricotta
- 2tablespoons brown sugar

Method
Step 1 of 3
Cut a cross in the base of each peach. Place into a bowl and cover with boiling water. Set aside for 5 minutes. Drain and peel away skin. Halve peaches and remove stones. Cut each half in half again.
Step 2 of 3
Preheat a chargrill pan over medium high heat. Combine sugar and cinnamon on a plate. Dip cut sides of peaches into sugar mixture. Cook peaches for 2-3 minutes each side until charred.
Step 3 of 3
Stir honey and vanilla into ricotta. Serve peaches with ricotta and blueberries. Drizzle with extra honey, if desired.
