Method

Step 1 of 1

Combine 1 cup cooked wholegrain pasta, 95g tin salmon in spring water, drained, flaked, 1 cup broccoli, steamed and chopped, and 1 tbs chopped parsley. Add 2 tsp lemon juice and 1 tsp olive oil, toss to combine. Divide between 2 containers. Pack 1 into lunch box. The second container will keep in the fridge for up to 2 days.
