  • 1 Campbell's Canned Soup Tomato Condensed
  • 300milliliter thickened cream
  • 1/3 cup Patak's Spicy Tandoori Paste Marinade
  • 1 brown onion (diced)
  • 1 1/2teaspoons garam masala
  • 1kilograms chicken thigh fillets (sliced)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1tablespoons canola oil

Method

Step 1 of 7

In a medium bowl combine chicken and tandoori paste until well coated. Set aside.

Step 2 of 7

Heat the oil in a large saucepan. Add onion and garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Step 3 of 7

Add marinated chicken and cook until starting to change colour approx. 5-10 minutes.

Step 4 of 7

Add garam masala and Campbell’s condensed tomato soup. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and cook for 15 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.

Step 5 of 7

Stir through cream until heated through.

Step 6 of 7

Serve with steamed rice.

Step 7 of 7

Garnish with toasted almond flakes.
