  • 1 sachet Hart & Soul Butter Chicken Recipe Base
  • 375grams chicken breast, diced
  • 150milliliter pouring cream
  • 70grams tomato paste
  • 1 small brown onion, diced
  • 500milliliter water
  • 1 fresh coriander (to serve, optional)

Method

Step 1 of 4

In a large frypan, heat 1 tbsp of butter (or oil alternative) over a medium heat. Add chicken to pan and fry until golden brown.

Step 2 of 4

Add the onion and fry for a further 3-4 minutes.

Step 3 of 4

Add Recipe Base, pouring cream, water and tomato paste into pan. Stir to combine and simmer gently for 10 minutes.

Step 4 of 4

Remove from heat, divide into bowls and garnish with fresh coriander. Serve with rice.
