Simple peanut butter cookies for every occasion.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Prepare baking tray with baking paper. Preheat oven to 175°C
Step 2 of 4
Add peanut butter and sugar to bowl. Add egg and mix well until combined
Step 3 of 4
Roll into small balls and add place on baking tray. Press down lightly with a fork.
Step 4 of 4
Place in oven for approx 7 mins - don't overtake. Cookies should be soft.
