  • 2tablespoons yoghurt
  • 2 shallots, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup sambal oelek
  • 1 lime, quartered

Method

Step 1 of 3

Shuck, drain and rinse the oysters and place them on a serving dish.

Combine the rest of the ingredients apart from the lime in a bowl.
