  • 6 sheets spring roll pastry
  • 100grams pork floss
  • 6 pcs nori sheets
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 cups cooking oil, for frying

Description

A crispy snack, a must have during Lunar New Year, this is one of my favourite.

Method

Step 1 of 5

Take one piece of spring roll pastry and brush a layer of beaten egg mixture.

Step 2 of 5

Press one piece of nori sheet on top.

Step 3 of 5

Place some pork floss onto the nori sheet and roll it up.

Step 4 of 5

Repeat the same until you used up all the ingredients. Cut the pork floss rolls into shorter rolls.

Step 5 of 5

Heat up the cooking oil. Fry the pork floss rolls on medium heat until they turn brown.
