Method
Step 1 of 6
Preheat oven to 180°C, fan forced.
Step 2 of 6
Line several baking trays with baking paper or a silicone mat. In an electric mixer cream sugar, butter and condensed milk. Add flour, slowly mix to combine.
Step 3 of 6
Divide mixture into desired portions for different flavour variations.
Step 4 of 6
Add desired flavourings to each portion
Suggestions -
* Milo
* peanut butter
* chocolate chips
* sultanas, currants or raisins
* mini marshmallows
* Smarties, M&Ms etc
* sprinkles (stir some through but then also roll the dough balls in extra sprinkles)
* white chocolate
* crushed Cornflakes
* peanuts

Roll rounded tbs of mixture into balls, flatten slightly.
Step 6 of 6
Bake in oven for 8-10 minutes or until golden. Rest on the pan for 5 minutes, turn onto a wire rack to cool completely.
