  • 1 free-range egg
  • 200grams Nestle Bakers' Choice Milk Choc Bits
  • 125grams unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan forced. Grease and line 2 baking trays with baking paper.

Step 2 of 3

Using an electric mixer, beat butter and sugars until pale and creamy, add egg and beat until just combined. Stir in flour and Nestle milk choc bits. Mix until well combined.

Step 3 of 3

Roll level tablespoons of mixture into balls; place 4cm apart on prepared trays; gently press down on cookies to flatten slightly. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until golden. Set aside on trays for 5 minutes; transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
