- 24 anzac biscuits
- 100grams dark chocolate, melted
- 1/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 395milliliter sweetened condensed milk

Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 180°C. Lay a biscuit over each hole of 2 x 12 hole patty pan trays. Place into oven for 3 minutes to soften biscuits. Remove from oven and gently press biscuits into holes to shape them. Set aside to cool.
Step 2 of 3
Continually stir condensed milk, sugar and butter in a saucepan over low heat for 15 minutes until thickened and golden.
Step 3 of 3
Fill biscuit cups with caramel. Bake for 5 minutes until set. Cool completely. Spread a thin layer of chocolate over each and smooth with a spoon. Serve. Presentation! If the warm Anzac biscuits split, simply press them firmly together to mend.
