Method

Step 1 of 4

Chop butter into little squares and beat with electric beater until flight and fluffy.

Step 2 of 4

Sift icing mixture and slowly add to butter.

Step 3 of 4

Add vanilla and milk and beat until light and fluffy.

Step 4 of 4

This iced 12 cupcakes with lots more mixture leftover so could serve up to 20 cupcakes.
