Method
Step 1 of 7
Start by preheating the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Step 2 of 7
Need, mix together the dry ingredients - flour, caster sugar and brown sugar.
Step 3 of 7
Add in the softened butter and egg. Mix together with an electric beater.
Step 4 of 7
Finally, add in the chocolate chips and macadamia nuts. Mix through thoroughly.
Step 5 of 7
Scoop out a spoon full and turn it into a ball. Place on a baking tray about 5cm apart.
Step 6 of 7
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Step 7 of 7
Put biscuits onto a cooling rack. Enjoy once cooled down!
