  • 1packets Green’s 40% Less Sugar Chocolate Brownie
  • 1packets Green’s 40% Less Sugar Choc Chip Cookies
  • 3 eggs
  • 200grams butter, melted
  • 20centimeters square slice pan

Method

Step 1 of 6

Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan forced). Grease and line base and sides of slice pan with baking paper.

Step 2 of 6

Place brownie mix into a mixing bowl, add eggs and melted butter. Mix with a wooden spoon until combined.

Step 3 of 6

Transfer mixture into prepared slice pan, spreading mixture evenly to the edges of the pan. Set aside while you make the cookie dough.

Step 4 of 6

Place cookie mix into a bowl with egg and melted butter. Mix with a wooden spoon until just combined, then knead gently with hands to form a smooth dough.

Step 5 of 6

Scatter spoonfuls of dough onto top of brownie batter and press down to partially submerge the dough into the brownie mixture.

Step 6 of 6

Bake for 15 minutes. Cover with foil and bake for a further 10 minutes. Take off foil and bake for a further 10 minutes, or until tops of cookies are golden brown.
