  • 400grams Italian diced tomatoes no added salt
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup risoni
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock

No prep is required for this super simple, tasty one-tray bake, perfect for a midweek meal.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Step 2 of 3

Lightly grease a 26 x 20cm 1.5L casserole dish. Add sausages and vegetables and bake for 30 minutes or until sausages are browned.

Step 3 of 3

Toss through tomatoes, risoni, crushed garlic and chicken stock and turn over sausages. Season to taste. Return to oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until sausages are well browned and vegetables and risoni are tender. Serve with sourdough.
