- 1/4 cup basil, finely shredded

- 350grams lamb mince
- 1tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed

Method
Step 1 of 3
Heat oil in a large ovenproof frying pan over high heat. Cook mince for 5 minutes, stirring to break up any lumps, or until browned. Add capsicum, garlic and paprika. Cook, stirring, for 2 minutes or until fragrant.
Step 2 of 3
Add passata and 2 cups cold water and bring to the boil. Stir in risoni and zucchini. Reduce heat to medium, cover, and simmer, stirring, for 8-10 minutes or until pasta is just tender. Stir in basil.
Step 3 of 3
Preheat grill. Sprinkle cheese over mince mixture. Grill for 4-5 minutes or until cheese is golden.
