  • 1 medium cucumber, sliced thinly lengthways
  • 3tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 3tablespoons soy sauce
  • 20grams sesame seeds
  • 1 medium chilli, de-seeded and sliced

Description

A refreshing noodle salad with raw crunchy cucumber and radish with Asian spices.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Cook the noodles as per packet instructions and then drain and set to one side.

Step 2 of 3

Prepare your vegetables by slicing. Drain as mush liquid from the cucumber as possible using a paper towel.

Step 3 of 3

Combine all ingredients in the bowl and mix fully before serving.
