- 1packets McCormick Slow Cookers Mild Chicken Curry Recipe Base
- 1tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1kilograms skinless chicken thigh fillets, diced
- 2 onions, sliced
- 2 potatoes, roughly chopped
- 1 can coconut milk
- 2tablespoons fresh coriander
- white rice
Method
Step 1 of 4
Heat vegetable oil in frying pan over MED-HIGH heat. Brown chicken and onion then add into slow cooker insert pot with potatoes.
Step 2 of 4
Mix McCormick Slow Cookers Mild Chicken Curry Recipe Base with coconut milk and pour over chicken and vegetables, stir through.
Step 3 of 4
Cover and cook for 2 hours on HIGH or 4 hours on LOW (Keep covered during cooking. Cooking times may vary between slow cooker models).
Step 4 of 4
Add fresh coriander and serve with your choice of suggested sides.
