- 450grams Woolworths BBQ beef flank steak with chimichurri
- 440grams Woolworths Mexican style salad kit
- 360grams Woolworths white wraps, warmed
- 1 cup Woolworths shredded tasty cheese
Description
Try this easy Mexican-inspired wrap recipe for your next barbecue. Four ingredients and 15 minutes is all you need to rustle up this tasty meal.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Preheat a greased barbecue grill or chargrill pan over high heat. Cook beef, reserving sauce, for 5 minutes on each side for medium or until cooked to your liking. Transfer to a plate, cover loosely with foil and rest for 5 minutes. Thinly slice.
Step 2 of 4
Meanwhile, prepare salad kits according to packet instructions.
Step 3 of 4
Top wraps with cheese, a little of the salad, steak and a little of the reserved sauce.
Step 4 of 4
Fold wraps to enclose filling. Serve with remaining salad and sauce.
