  • 500grams diced chicken breast
  • 1tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 35grams One Night In Mexico smokey chipotle seasoning
  • 400grams tangy & crunchy coleslaw kit

Description

Taste the smoky flavours of Mexico with these delicious chicken burritos. Chipotle seasoning takes it to the next level!

Method

Step 1 of 4

Place chicken and seasoning in a bowl. Stir until chicken is well coated.

Step 2 of 4

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook chicken, stirring occasionally, for 10 to 12 minutes or until cooked through. Transfer to a bowl. Cover to keep warm.

Step 3 of 4

Meanwhile, open tortilla packet and remove freshness sachet. Heat a chargrill pan over medium-high heat. Cook 1 tortilla at a time, for 10 seconds each side or until golden. Transfer to a plate. Cover to keep warm. Repeat with remaining tortillas.

Step 4 of 4

Place coleslaw mix in a bowl, reserving dressing and noodle sachets. Add dressing to coleslaw. Toss to coat. Place noodles in a separate small bowl. Place 1 tortilla on a flat surface. Top the centre with a little coleslaw and chicken. Sprinkle with noodles. Fold up the bottom of the tortilla, then sides. Repeat with remaining tortillas. Serve.
